DELIVERY
Accurate translation of vision and briefs into stunning productions.
Driving end-to-end production/pre-production activities using broad knowledge of production disciplines.
Deep experience delivering large-scale live music events including touring, TV, festivals, and artist one-offs.
Proven to deliver technically complex multi-artist shows and events from concept to post-delivery.
Ensuring high-quality production values & adherence to broadcast standards, policy, scheduling, & brand.
MANAGEMENT
Overall leadership and management of multi-function production teams including designers and creative individuals, onsite/offsite, coordination, recruitment including fee negotiations, performance, and development.
Establishing and developing strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders.
Leading meetings and follow-ups with stakeholders to ensure clarity and understanding including ELT/SAG.
Point of contact, liaising with high-profile artists and their teams to facilitate production goals including booking.
Troubleshooting, managing, and resolving complex issues including key high-value suppliers and stakeholders.
Overseeing PR and marketing communications including crisis communications and press liaison.
REGULATORY
Creating, managing and enforcing relevant regulatory documentation and procedures including Health & Safety.
Ensuring correct licensing including escalations, troubleshooting, and liaising with legal/local authorities.
FINANCIAL
Thorough analysis of budgets to identify and leverage cost saving opportunities. David is known for his strong commercial acumen and keen eye for identifying cost effective solutions.
Expert financial management of significant production budgets including forecasting, cost control, and reporting.
Planning and implementation of best use of available production resources.
Comprehensive management and contracting of suppliers including sourcing & multi-year price negotiations.
